Parents interested in signing their children up for the MeDMD project are asked to submit their application via the online form available at the address below. It is a two-step process – parents need to:

1) set up an online parent’s account in the registration system,

2) log in to this account and fill in the registration form for a child. The doctors from the research center will contact the parents after receiving their report.
